To solve various kinds of inconveniences caused by excessive motion of a handlebar in the right-to-left direction such as parking disturbance and roll-toppling caused by a slight touch when other bicycles are parked after one bicycle is parked since the handlebar of a conventional bicycle is excessively moved in the right-to-left direction.
A front wheel brake shaft of a bicycle is a compound brake shaft 1. The compound brake shaft 1 is passed through a connection part 11 of a handlebar to a fork. A pulling spring 2 is connected to a rear end 16 of the compound brake shaft 1. One end 15 of the pull spring 2 is fixed 3 to a frame 4, and a front wheel brake 18 is connected to a front part of the compound brake shaft 1. The front end is locked 13 by a nut, and a rear end 16 of the compound brake shaft 1 is pulled by the pulling spring 2 to limit the excessive motion in the right-to-left direction of the handlebar 11.
