PURPOSE: To easily and accurately obtain data relating to a customer by comparing the contents of supplied vehicle registered number information with a voice recognizing reference pattern to recognize the vehicle and reading out various data for the customer based upon the recognized result.

CONSTITUTION: When a vehicle 1 enters, a service man standing near a gate reads out the registered number of the vehicle 1 through a microphone 2a of a head set 2. A voice signal is supplied to a voice recognizing device 4 through transceivers 3a, 3b and compared with a reference pattern previously stored in a reference pattern storing part 9, and when the supplied voice signal coincides with the pattern, echo back for checking is repeated from the device 4 to the service man and the device 4 sends the inputted registered number data to a data processor 5 at the time of inputting a voice such as 'OK' from the service man. The processor 5 retrieves customer data filed in a storage device 6, and at the time of detecting the data, displays the data on a display device 7 and prints out the data on a printer 8 when necessary.
