Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a bag-in-box that when filling contents into a large-sized flexible bag, can fill the contents into the bag at high speed without needing a large amount of facility cost nor excessive facility space and furthermore fill a specified amount of contents into the bag without adhesion of liquid contents to an outer box nor mixing of foreign matter such as paper powder in the outer box with the liquid contents, and moreover remove air, and a method for manufacturing a bag-in-box.SOLUTION: A device for manufacturing a bag-in-box comprises a retainer 142, flexible bag set means 143, a filler 144, an air removing portion 110 and flexible bag transfer means 149. After an empty flexible bag is set previously on the retainer before filling and the bag is filled with liquid contents by the filler, air remaining in the flexible bag is removed by the air removing portion and then a cap is driven on the bag.
