Title:
DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING FLAT CABLE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3555926
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality and productivity by controlling the tensile force of an insulating tape while controlling a first and a second stretching means for pinching plural lead wires on the same flat surface and for stretching a first and a second insulating tapes, to which a first and a second peeling sheets are laminated with the redetermined space, with a control means on the basis of the lamination error computed on the basis of a result of the detection at the passing of the peeling sheets.
SOLUTION: Lead wires 1 arranged in parallel with each other and having an adhesive agent layer in a main surface is drawn into a space between a pair of heating rollers for heating crimp together with a first and a second insulating tapes 3, 5, to which a first and a second peeling sheets 2, 4 are attached with a predetermined space by a first and a second laminating machines 13, 14. The lamination error signal input to a control unit from a first and a second sensors 16, 17 for detecting the first and the second peeling sheets 2, 4 at the traveling direction rear stage position is output to each brake device provided in each rotary shaft of a first and a second tape rolls 7, 8 wound with the first and the second insulating tapes 3, 5. Tensile force of the stretching can be controlled without stopping the operation, and feedback control of the lamination space can be performed.
