To obtain a device for measuring powder and granular material which can supply powder and granular material to a measuring container efficiently and accurately regardless of condition of feeding trough, discharging objects, etc.

In this measuring device, discharging port 9 and 10 with different feeding quantities are provided to both end parts 7 and 8 of a feeding trough 3 for supplying powder and granular material to a measuring container 4, and the center of the trough 3 is supported by a shaft 11. A motor 12 is driven by an instruction of a processing device 17 after it receives a data from a weighing part, thereby rotating the shaft 11 to tilt the trough 3. The powder and granular material is fed from the port 9 in case of feeding of large quantity and from the port 10 in case of feeding of small quantity.
