Abstract:
To compute an image velocity, even when its computing object moves at high speed on an image.
By the use of a microcomputer 3, a flow is determined in an image generated during exposure of a camera 1 on an image picked up by the camera 1, the exposure time of the camera 1 is changed by a camera control unit 4, based on the determined image flow, and the image velocity is computed, based on the changed exposure time of the camera 1.
