Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily and inexpensively perform correction without requiring a work at a service station and to unnecessitate the exchange of ROM as well even when a flaw is newly caused in a CCD.
CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a ROM 4 for storing data showing the position and level of the flaw already existing in CCD at the time of factory shipment, control panel 20/CPU 1 for generating data showing the position and level of the flaw newly caused in the CCD, EEPROM 2 for storing the data showing the position and level of the newly caused flaw, and CPU 3 for processing the data in the ROM 4 and the EEPROM 7 and extending them in the RAM 7. Then, the position and level data of the flaw extended in the RAM 7 are read out by a flaw correcting IC 10 and a gate pulse is outputted to the position to correct the flaw.
