Abstract:
To solve the problem in the convention system that the precision of voice section decision processing becomes deteriorated, if an input wave has abrupt change which is more than assumed in the voice section decision processing.
When the frequency of the voice section decision processing reaches previously set forgetfulness cycles, forgetfulness update processing for a criterion is performed by using an independent parameter which does not depend upon the input wave.
