Abstract:
To provide an image generation device and an image generation method, allowing suppression of a size of a storage area necessary for display of an animation image.
In the image generation device 1, processing blocks 12, 16, 17 constituting an image generation part obtain object data 130p and a display operation pattern to be applied to the object data 130p from data storage parts 13, 14 based on designated screen constituent information 150i, and generates the animation image of the object data 130p based on the object data 130p and the display operation pattern.
