To provide an image data conversion technology that shortens processing time of image processing based on attribute values of respective pixels.
An image data conversion device converts first image data expressing an image to second image data. The image data conversion device includes: an attribute identifier addition unit which adds an attribute identifier for the pixel based on an attribute value included in the first image data; and an attribute corresponding data generation unit which creates the second image data including the attribute corresponding data which correspond to the pixel and the attribute identifier based on an attribute value table which indicates the corresponding relationships between a tribute value and an attribute identifier. The attribute addition unit adds a common attribute identifier to the first pixel and the second pixel which has the same attribute value of the attribute value of the first pixel.
