Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a system and a method, which can be used to accurately arrange a component of a prosthetic joint, without hardly complicating a surgical operation, requiring medical staff's hands and/or making a doctor in medical facilities subjected to a heavy cost burden associated with a complicated navigation system.SOLUTION: In one embodiment of the present invention, a device for positioning and orienting a thighbone cutting block is provided. Additionally, in the present invention, a device for setting rotation for sagittal section in unicompartmental knee arthroplasty is provided. In the present invention, a method for setting rotation of a tibial implant by measurement of motion dynamics is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
