Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically structure a squelch table and a RIP table when a transmission lines is switched at plural positions by optical transmission technology for a ring transmission system which can transmit time-division multiplexed light signals in two ways at the same time as cross-connection setting, to place the ring transmission system in normal operation without increasing setting items, to generates the squelch table fast by using existent hardware, and to automatically transmit alarms, sent until the respective tables are structured, from a secondary node.
SOLUTION: The optical transmission device 10a is equipped with a data link reading means 11a, a topology generating means 11b, a data link writing means 11c, a squelch table generating means 11d, the squelch table 113, a RIP table generating means 12a, the RIP table 12b, a node recognizing means 12c, an east-side reception part 13a, an east-side transmission part 13b, a west-side reception part 13a, an east-side transmission part 13b, a west-side transmission part 14a, and a west-side reception part 14b.
