Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily, quickly and safely execute the inspection in a simple structure and to enhance reliability of the inspection result
CONSTITUTION: A phase inspection device 100 is a three-phase alternating current phase inspection device which is used by being provided between a power transmission station 101 and a power receiving station 102 which are positioned away from each other. It comprises a transmission means 85 that transmits a first secondary voltage of a transformer 103 for a meter which is provided in the power transmission station 101 to the power receiving station 102 by each of the phase via a communication line 20, a measuring means 90 that is provided in the power receiving station 102 and measures the transmitted first secondary voltage and a second secondary voltage of a transformer 104 for a meter and compares them with each other and an identifying means that identifies a phase of the first secondary voltage transmitted from the power transmission station 101 with a phase of the first secondary voltage transmitted from the power receiving station 102. The identifying means consists of a phase selecting means 81 and a phase selection instructing means 82 that outputs a phase selection instruction signal.
