It is decided whether a preset collection place is reached based upon position information consisting of latitude and longitude and a speed signal "0" and when the collection place is reached, an actual result quantity input screen is displayed to input an actual result quantity. When the arrival place is not in its expected turn, a wrong turn warning is displayed. At the end of collecting operations, the time and date, collection places, collected items, collected quantities, a driver's name, etc., are printed.
