A control device 20 is provided with an inclination angle sensor 31 that detects an inclination angle, a rotational signal generator 32 that controls rotational operations, and an operation processors 33, 34. Also, power amplifying circuits 27, 28 are provided that supply to motors 14, 15 control powers 51, 52 amplified by electric power 57 supplied from a battery 26, using rotation and drive controlling signals 42, 43 as inputs. Furthermore, regenerative current adjusters 29, 30 are provided that adjust regenerative power 53, 54 from the motors 14, 15 based on regenerative current controlling signals 42, 43 to output prescribed charging currents 55, 56 to be supplied to the battery 26. Then, a mode switch 39 is provided that changes the operations of a first motor 14 and a second motor 15 by inputting the rotation and drive controlling signals 42, 43 and angular velocity 49, 50 from tacho-generators 37, 38.
