The device is provided with a reading means (3) which reads various pieces of information as required from a media identification information (media ID), control information and an information recording medium (1) that records prescribed information, processing means (3, 11, 12 and 12a) which read the media ID and the control information, extract access information in order to access the prescribed information from the control information and link the media ID and the access information and hold them, and reproducing means (3, 11, 12, 12a and 12b) which read the media ID, access the prescribed information on the basis of the access information linked to the media ID information being held when the agreement of the read media ID information and the media ID information being held is confirmed and reproduce the prescribed information.
