Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable formation of a minute pattern film with homogeneous thickness which is free film mixed color and application nonuniformity by stably supplying a measured phosphor powder into a bulb on which a photoadhesive minute pattern film is formed.

CONSTITUTION: After a closed bulb 1 on which a minute photoadhesive pattern is formed is set in a carrier 2, these parts are slanted at angle θ by means of a slanting device 4. And, while the closed bulb 1 is rotated in the direction indicated by arrow (A) at a given speed by means of a revolving device 3, an impact of the direction indicated by arrow (B-B') is applied to the neck of the closed bulb 1. Next, the end of a supply nozzle 6 is placed in the neck of the closed bulb 1 by means of a longitudinally driving device 9. The above supply nozzle 6 has an open upper end through which a phosphor powder being measured is continuously supplied.
