Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unnatural background noise from being outputted in a signal receiver by the matter that a peculiar voice in a silent section is transmitted when a voice signal is encoded, and it is transmitted continuously in a sound section, and is, transmitted together with the identification data only in a short time at a fixed period in the silent section. SOLUTION: Various data of the encode data are stored by a data storage means 209 in a fixed period not transmitting the encode data in the silent section, and the mean values of the encode data of various stored data are generated by data averaging means 210, 211. The encode data are generated from the mean values of various data by a data generation means 212, and these encode data are transmitted only in the short time at the fixed period in the silent section. Since these encode data are the data averaging the encode data in the fixed period in the silent section, the matter that the encode data of a peculiar voice signal of a specified frame in the silent section are transmitted directly is eliminated.
