PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically obtain a multi air-conditioning constitution in the case of including a constitution of a GCH(gas central heating) system constituted by connecting terminal devices of a plurality of makers or models, and also their respective maker names and models, and terminal devices.
SOLUTION: A troubleshooting device 2 is connected to a heat source equipment 1 through a communication means, names of models and makers of the heat source equipment 1 are identified through communication, and those names are fed through an intelligent communication to obtain information about the models. In the case when air conditioners constitute a plurality of GCH terminals, information whether or not the air conditioners are constituted as multi air-conditioners are also obtained. Thus names of makers and models of the heat source equipment and GCH terminals as well as a multi air- conditioner constitution can be identified, and the troubleshooting work is eased. After the GCH system constitution has been automatically determined, various troubleshooting operations are carried out for troubleshooting monitoring by utilizing a troubleshooting program on a model-by-model and maker-by-maker basis provided to the troubleshooting device.
