More specifically, each of the frequency bands used is divided into a plurality of frequency bands (sub-bands), each being composed of a predetermined smaller frequency width, and the transmission path determining unit 131 is designed to determine the frequency region having a proper state in transmission path by selecting a sub-band having proper state for transmission path. A transmitting unit 110 is designed to notify the information of this sub-bands to a base station.
