Title:
DEVICE FOR MOLDING OPTICAL ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3632575
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for molding an optical element which can adjust parallelism with high precision and good workability without being affected by lamination error, dispersion and thermal strain of members.
SOLUTION: This device for molding the optical element is constituted of a pressing plate 1 which is freely movable up and down and is provided with a lower mold 13b on which a molding material 2 is mounted by a metallic mold press 12, a pressure receiving plate 3 which is bound to an upper plate 4 by bolts at three points, a seat 6 of a conical cross section receiving a real sphere 7, a screw 9 for moving a plate 8 which is in contact with two points of the real sphere 7 in three points-supporting structure via the seat 6 and is provided with an inclination, and a micrometer head 10 which is joined to the screw 9 by a joint 11 and measures amount of driving or moving.
