The photoelectric measuring device comprises projection means 3 and 21 for imaging an object M to be measured by a CCD image sensor 22, a filter means 66 disposed on a light path for filtering light to be measured coming to the image sensor 22 selectively by wavelength, a signal processing means 23 for processing the electric signals generated by the image sensor and converting the signals to corresponding raw digital measuring data 71, a data processing means constituted for processing and converting the measuring data 71 to image data 72 expressing colors of pixels of the object to be measured and executing the correction of the diffuse light to reduce the influence of the diffuse light, and means 4 and 5 for illuminating the object to be measured.
