Abstract:

PURPOSE: To surely position a plate-like work without deteriorating the working environment due to the scattering of dust, reduce the cost, save the space, and improve the maintenance property.

CONSTITUTION: A siding belt 12 having the conveying action to a conveying guide 5 side arranged along the outer end section of the width direction of one conveying belt 2 in the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of a plate-like work W by conveying belts 1, 2 is arranged between two conveying belts 1, 2 conveying the plate-like work W in the prescribed direction along the horizontal plane. The conveying force of the siding belt 12 is set larger than the conveying force by two conveying belts 1, 2.
