PURPOSE: To omit the space required to place waste soln. tanks from the titled device and to make it possible to easily move the tanks by positioning the tanks under the device and fitting mechanisms by which the tanks can be transversely moved to the outside.
CONSTITUTION: A waste soln. tank 5 stores an exhausted soln. overflowing a developing tank 2 and a waste soln. tank 6 stores an exhausted soln. overflowing a fixing tank 3. The waste soln. tanks 5, 6 are positioned under a processing device for developing a photosensitive material. Even when the waste solns. overflowing the developing tank and the fixing tank in the processing device flow in the tanks 5, 6 through recovery tube inset holes 9 and fill the tanks 5, 6, respectively, the tanks 5, 6 are easily moved because casters 10 have been fitted to the four corners of the bottom of each of the tanks 5, 6. Thus, it is made unnecessary to consider where the tanks 5, 6 are to be placed.
