PURPOSE: To provide the titled device capable of continuously producing an elongate hose with high quality, by a method wherein a warp provided with an adhesive is guided onto the outside surface of a hollow cylindrical body, braiding yarns are braided on the outside periphery of the warp to constitute a reinforcing member, and a synthetic resin is coated on the inside and outside surfaces of the reinforcing member.

CONSTITUTION: The warp 5 is passed through a tank 14 containing an adhesive, and is guided onto the outside surface of the hollow tubular body 25 through a yarn guide hole 22. The braiding yarns 6 are braided on the outside periphery of the tubular body of the warp to form the reinforcing member consisting of a braid. This is heated by a heater 41 to adhere the warp to weft at intersecting points and heat-set the reinforcing member, and is directed into a resin working device 43 through a cooler 42. In the device 43, a synthetic resin is ejected through an extruding port 50 of an annular manifold 49 and is coated on the inside and outside surfaces of the reinforcing member. The resin is gelled by heating in a heater 56, and is cooled by blowing cooling air through blowing ports 61, 62.
