PURPOSE: To enable reaping of even crops, such as beans, by detachably providing the lower parts of the back and sides in nipping conveyors constituted of chains having protrusions and detachable nipping rails with the second reapers.

CONSTITUTION: When crops, such as soybeans, are reaped, nipping rails 16 of the respective nipping conveyors 11 and the second reapers 12 are removed to increase an interval between the chains having protrusions of each pair. Crops raised up by raising up devices 9 of each pair are reaped by the first reaper 10 to engage and convey the crops of each row back by cooperation of the chains having the protrusions of each pair.
