Abstract:

To provide a device for receiving and recording images in which conditions for recording TV broadcast are set by simple operation, by setting a few condition items.

The device for receiving and recording images records TV broadcast in a recording medium by setting conditions related to time and other factors for recording the TV broadcast and according to the set conditions. The device for receiving and recording images 1 records TV broadcast in a recording medium in a file. As the conditions for recording TV broadcast, a time to start recording TV broadcast or a time to end recording it, a unit recording time to record an equivalent to one file of TV broadcast, and the number of times of recordings having the unit recording time as one unit, are set.
