Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely transmit rotating force between a tool plate and a receiving plate by connecting the tool plate and the receiving plate to be transmissible between the tool plate and the receiving plate.
SOLUTION: A core sand in the inner part of a casting 10 is collapsed by giving vibrating shock to the casting 10 and discharged from an opening part at the peripheral side surface. Then, the tool plate 19 is fitted to a horizontal shaft 18 and is made to be controllable to rotation/stop around the shaft, and a vibrating shock generators 21a, 21b are fixed through an expanding/shrinking means, composed of air cylinders 20a, 20b to give the vibrating shock. A receiving shaft 7 is arranged in the receiving plate 9 and the receiving plate 9 having a fixed part of the casting 10 is rotated around the receiving shaft 7. A means capable of changing the attitude of the receiving plate 9 into the position where the casting fixed part faces to the vibrating shock generated side and the axis of the receiving shaft 7 matches with the horizontal shaft plate of the tool plate 19, and the position where the casting fixed part directs upward, is arranged. The tool plate 19 and the receiving plate 9 are connected with supporting rods 22a, 22b so as to be transmissible in the rotation. By this method, the suitable vibrating shock matching to the casting can be acted.
