Title:
DEVICE FOR REMOVING RESIDUAL AGRICULTURAL CHEMICAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004357668
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a device for removing residual agricultural chemicals for efficiently removing residual agricultural chemicals from tea leaves in a short time using ultraviolet rays and a photocatalyst of titanium oxide, widely usable for many kinds of products such as cereals and dry products and improving safe dietary life.

This device for removing residual agricultural chemicals has such a mechanism that manufactured tea leaves are conveyed to a driving device for removing residual agricultural chemicals with a conveyor (1), carried from an input port (6) and put on a rotating tray (10), the tray is rotated to stir the tea leaves with a scattering guide (7), irradiation of a disinfectant sterilization light (2) is sent to the whole and an air guide (4), and the tea leaves fall down from an air injection hole (11) to a lower stage through a drop duct (12) with force of air. The above processes are repeated four times so as to discharge the tea leaves through the drop duct (12) to the outside of the device. While the device for removing residual agricultural chemicals is driven, the disinfectant sterilization light (2) lights and the photocatalyst effect of titanium oxide evaporating on the rotating tray (10), a ceiling plane and a wall surface further produces removing effect from the tea leaves from all directions.
