This device for removing residual agricultural chemicals has such a mechanism that manufactured tea leaves are conveyed to a driving device for removing residual agricultural chemicals with a conveyor (1), carried from an input port (6) and put on a rotating tray (10), the tray is rotated to stir the tea leaves with a scattering guide (7), irradiation of a disinfectant sterilization light (2) is sent to the whole and an air guide (4), and the tea leaves fall down from an air injection hole (11) to a lower stage through a drop duct (12) with force of air. The above processes are repeated four times so as to discharge the tea leaves through the drop duct (12) to the outside of the device.
