Abstract:
PURPOSE:To surely take out piled boards one at a time from the upper portion and enable the automation of board material feeding in a separating/taking-out device for piled boards such as veneers, etc. by providing absorbing cup devices on both side portions on the lower end of a suction pipe having a retainer member on the end thereof. CONSTITUTION:In this separating/taking-out device 20, a suction pipe 1 is provided in the vertical direction and absorbing cup devices 2 are provided on both side portions on the lower end thereof while installing a retainer member 3 on the bottom end of the suction pipe 1. The device 20 is lowered by means of an unshown elevating device, an outer guide 9 is lifted up along an inner guide 8 against the energizing force of a retainer spring 11 to contract the retainer member 3, and the bottom faces of adsorbing cups 6 are brought into contact with a piled board to carry out adsorption. When the adsorption to the piled board is completed, the device 20 is lifted up. At this time, the adsorbing cups 6 are lifted up while leaving the retainer member 3. Hence, since the board material on the top portion is lifted up in a condition that the center portion thereof is pushed and bent downward by means of the retainer member 3, the separation from the second board material can be surely carried out without causing double-sheet taking.
