PURPOSE: To reduce the moving of a component in a taping tape, and to eliminate the fly of the component by a shutter guide at the time of opening of the shutter by forming a shutter in a groove cam shape for longitudinally operating the guide groove of a pin for longitudinally operating the shutter from a linear motion while vertically moving.
CONSTITUTION: A shutter 1 is formed at the groove of a guide pin 2 in a groove cam, and longitudinally operated while vertically moving to a predetermined position by the longitudinal operation of a transfer pin 3. A sucking nozzle 8 sucks a falling component 11 to rise it when the shutter 1 is opened at the left side. After the nozzle 8 is raised, the shutter 1 is returned to the original position by the drive of a lever 4. A taping tape 10 is retained by a guide 7 when the shutter is closed during supplying operation of the taped component 11 thereby to reduce the moving of the component. When the shutter is opened, it is moved rearward while rising to a predetermined position, the fly of the component due to the interference of the shutter guide and the component is eliminated, and the component is supplied in a stable state.
