To easily support an outer wall panel by lowering the outer wall from above, thereby engaging the clip member of the outer wall panel with a support member provided on a foundation or beam.

A metallic frame 4 is mounted on the reverse side of a siding material 3 to form an outer wall panel 1, and a clip member 40 is attachably and detachably mounted on the outer wall panel 1. A first support member 14 is mounted on the part where a rigid-frame column 2 is set of a foundation 15, and a second support member 30 is mounted on the part where the rigid- frame column 2 is not set. In construction, the outer wall panel 1 is lifted up by a crane to situate its clip member 40 just above the support members 14, 30. When the outer wall panel 1 is further lowered, the vertical plates 18, 33 of the support members 14, 30 are fitted between the first elastic piece and vertical piece of the clip member 40 and nipped thereby. Accordingly, the lower end of the outer wall panel can be easily supported.
