A processor element(PE) is composed of an entire control part 100 for generating one part of a product sum operating procedure while controlling the entire present PE, local memory 120 to be used for the entire control part 100, product sum procedure generating part 110 for generating the product sum operating procedure by recursively expanding two kinds of electronic integration, multiplexer 116 for selecting either the product sum operating procedure generated by the entire control part 100 or the product sum operating procedure generated by the product sum procedure generating part 110, product sum procedure storage part 130 for storing the generated product sum operating procedures, product sum operation control part 140 for controlling a product sum computing element based on the product sum operating procedures stored in the product sum procedure storage part 130, data memory 150, and product sum computing element 160 for executing the product sum operation to data in the data memory.
