Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a reliable strip taking-up device by providing a backup mechanism for a servomotor valve.
CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a position control hydraulic circuit C provided with a flow rate control valve 9 as the backup mechanism for the servomotor valve 8 in the strip taking-up device and a solenoid switching valve 10 for positioning a hydraulic cylinder 7 and a pressure control hydraulic circuit D provided with a pressure control valve 11, a solenoid switching valve 12, a flow rate control valve 13 and a relief valve 14 for maintaining the constant pressure of the hydraulic cylinder 7.
