Abstract:
PURPOSE: To protect a device effectively from mechanical force by drawing a separated joint where a flat belt-shaped conductor is formed between a base body and a cover, and forming the device so as to be tightened within the separated joint with a housing in a closed condition. CONSTITUTION: An electronic appliance 3 is connected to a terminal position 8 through a conductor 7, and FBL10 involving at least two conductors 11 are formed in a plurality of spiral forms between both terminal positions 6 and 8 within a cassette K. Around the end part of the FBL10 and an insertion pin 12, a housing G consisting of insulation material as a protector is formed so as to surround them, and is connected with the cassette K. The housing G involves a base body 16 and a cover 17, which are connected to each other at a position 18, using a hinge constituted of synthetic resin. The cover 17 is provided with a protrusion 19 and is brought into fixed contact with the insertion pin 12 with the housing G in a closed condition. It is thus possible to protect the insertion pin 12 from mechanical force working when a mated contact is inserted in the axial direction.
