Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reducing quantity of rebound loss, nozzle dripping, dusting, etc., of sprayed spraying material by efficiently kneading powdery and granular material as the spraying raw material and water in a nozzle.
SOLUTION: The powder and granular material of the spraying raw material is directly press-fed into the inner hole of a nozzle 90 from a material hose 11. Further, plural communicating holes 116 having different boring hole angles to the nozzle center, are formed to spout water into the inner hole of nozzle 90 toward the discharge tip part of the nozzle 90 from a water storing part 113 of an attachment 111 circularly circulating water from a water hose 12 supplied under pressurizing to the outer peripheral part of the nozzle in a kneading member 114 arranged at the rear end part of the nozzle 90. By this constitution, the spouting angle and the spouting position of the water spouted from each communicating hole 116 is changed to spiral state in the time series to develop a voltex water flow and the spraying material press-fed from the rear part is further efficiently knead with water and spouted from the tip part of the nozzle.
