Abstract:
To provide a diagnostic circuit and a redundant control circuit that can improve the reliability of data input/output modules.SOLUTION: A diagnostic circuit 110 includes a pulse generation unit 112 that generates a pulse signal to be superimposed on a signal line 150 that propagates a control signal, a pulse detection unit 114 that detects a pulse signal from the signal line 150, and a diagnosis unit 116 that outputs that the state of the signal line 150 is abnormal when the pulse signal cannot be detected by the pulse detection unit 114. The pulse generation unit 112 generates a pulse signal that sets the signal level of the control signal to LO for a predetermined period of time when the signal level of the control signal is HI, and generates a pulse signal that makes the signal level of the control signal HI for a predetermined period of time when the signal level of the control signal is LO.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
