Abstract:
To provide a diagnostic device for a power conversion device driving a motor.SOLUTION: A diagnostic device 200 has a data acquisition unit 210 acquiring target data concerning a current value between a power conversion device and a motor, a detection unit 230 detecting a peak value in a time series waveform of the target data, a count calculation unit 240 calculating an amplitude of the peak value and an occurrence frequency of the amplitude by using a frequency counting method, and a diagnostic unit 250 diagnosing abnormality of the motor based on the amplitude and the occurrence frequency. The diagnostic unit 250 diagnoses the motor as having an abnormality when statistics calculated from the amplitude and the occurrence frequency does not satisfy a predetermined reference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
