Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic device for diagnosing a failure of a fuel injection system for an engine while improving its diagnosing accuracy.SOLUTION: A diagnostic device 1 for diagnosing a failure of the fuel injection system for an engine 10 of which the air-fuel ratio is feedback controlled, is provided with a calculation part 2 for calculating an integrated value for a difference between a target value and a measured value for the air-fuel ratio and a learning value equivalent to a steady component thereof, a correction part 3 for correcting the integrated value when changing over a fuel injection form with the fuel injection system, and a diagnostic part 4 for diagnosing the occurrence of a failure on the basis of the integrated value and the learning value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
