Abstract:
To provide a diagnostic method and a diagnostic device of a low-speed rotary apparatus, which can suppress influence by an installation state of a contact medium between an installation surface and a sensor surface and which can perform noncontact measurement at a high-temperature facility and a facility associated with motion.SOLUTION: A diagnostic method of a low-speed rotary apparatus 10 includes: a step of detecting an acoustic signal which is generated during operation of the low-speed rotary apparatus 10 and which propagates in the air by a noncontact sensor 21 which does not contact with the low-speed rotary apparatus 10; and a step of determining whether abnormality occurs in the low-speed rotary apparatus 10 on the basis of the signal detected by the noncontact sensor 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
