To enable suppression of an increase in diagnosis load.SOLUTION: A diagnostic pattern generation unit 1 generates a diagnostic pattern including multiple datasets for diagnosing the correctness of the processing results of arithmetic processing by a subset of multiple intermediate nodes included in a trained neural network 11. An intermediate node operation component identification unit 3 identifies a node-core relation that is the correspondence between an intermediate node and an arithmetic component that executes arithmetic processing by the intermediate node.
