A dial 1 for timepiece according to this invention comprises a first plate member 11 made of a material having light permeability and a second plate member 12 made of a material having light permeability. A face 112 of the first plate member 11 facing the second plate member 12 is provided with minute concavity and convexity 113 which have a function for reflecting and dispersing light entered from a face 111 opposite to the face 112. A face 122 opposite to a face 121 of the second plate member 12 facing the first plate member 11 is provided with minute concavity and convexity 123 which have a function for reflecting and dispersing light entered from the face 121 opposite to the first plate member 11.
