Abstract:
To reduce the displacement of the diaphragm aperture forming position of a diaphragm blade in the case of woven diaphragming.
In this device, the plural diaphragm blades 3 are arranged between a diaphragm substrate 1 and a cover plate 5. The blades 3 are successively laminated so that the tip of the final diaphragm blade is inserted under another blade. Then, a projection part 11 is formed at the substrate 1 and a projection part 5a is formed at the plate 5 so that the blades 3 are inclined in an optical axis direction.
