PURPOSE: To provide a diaphragm having a very simple structure and the capability of reducing cost.

CONSTITUTION: This vibrating type diaphragm pump uses a diaphragm 150 forming one of the walls of a pump chamber having an intake valve and a delivery valve, and the diaphragm 150 is vibrated on the electromagnetic vibration of a vibrator having a permanent magnet, on the basis of relative magnetic action between an electromagnet and the permanent magnet. The diaphragm 150 is formed out of a body 1 having an annular groove 4 at the center thereof, and a disc type center plate 2 having the peripheral section thereof coupled to the annular groove 4 of the body 1 as well as a center hole 5 at the center thereof the connection to the vibrator.
