Abstract:
To constitute a dichroic prism by accurately sticking four triangular prisms.
The dichroic prism 910 is manufactured by sticking a 1st triangular prism 910a and a 3rd triangular prism 910c so that 1st exposure-side surfaces 910e and 910g are formed, sticking a 2nd triangular prism 910b and a 4th triangular prism 910d so that 2nd exposure-side surfaces 910f and 910i are formed, and lastly sticking those prisms so that a 3rd exposure-side surface 910j is formed on the stuck surfaces of the 1st and 2nd prisms. At this time, the sticking can accurately be completed by regarding the exposure-side surfaces 910e to 910j as reference surfaces.
