Abstract:
To provide a dicing device that can reduce the labor and time required for inputting blade information when replacing or reusing blades, and prevent a decrease in overall throughput.SOLUTION: A dicing device 10 includes: an RFID tag 52 which is storage means for storing blade information; and a control unit 26 that functions as update means for updating the blade information stored in the RFID tag 52 into a latest state when a blade 12 is used, and control means for controlling cutting of a workpiece by the blade 12 on the basis of the blade information stored in the RFID tag 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
