PURPOSE: To perform beveling simultaneously with the cutting of the member to be worked, by forming a dicing blade in the specific thickness, forming a thin wall part whose thickness is thinned in the narrow width than the thickness of the member to be worked on the outer peripheral edge of the thick wall part having this specific thickness and providing an inclined face on the borderline of this thin wall part and thick wall part.

CONSTITUTION: A dicing saw 8 is orthogonally arranged for the member 6 to be worked horizontally arranged at the specific position. A dicing blade 9 together with flanges 10a, 10b are started at their rotations by a spindle 4, bitten with the member 6 to be worked and the member to be worked is cut or subjected to grooving by moving the member to be worked horizontally. At this time, the thin wall part 9b becoming a cutting blade of the case of cutting or grooving the member to be worked of the dicing blade becomes in the width narrower than the thickness of the member 6 to be worked and yet an inclined face 9c is formed on the borderline with the thick wall part 9a. So, the upper end of the member to be worked becomes to be cut by this inclined face.
