PURPOSE: To enable working of multiple stages by a device and to improve the accuracy of a product and the productivity, by providing a fixed punch and a movable die in an upper die set and working a blank material successively.

CONSTITUTION: A blank material is supplied on a die 5 and a blank holder 6 provided in the lower die set, and held down by a die 10 and a holder 11 of the upper die set. When the upper die set is lowered further, the blank material is drawn by the outer periphery of the die 5 and die 10. In this while, a subplate 2 pushes down a piston 19, and supplies pressure oil to a cylinder chamber 4a through a changeover valve 23 to energize the die 10 through a piston 13 and a pressure pin 14. When the upper die set 4 is lowered further, the changeover valve 23 is changed and the cylinder chamber 4a is opened to a tank 25 and energizing force of the die 10 is removed. Then, reverse drawing is performed by a punch 9 and die 5, and a product 31 is formed.
