Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily release a cylindrical lost foam pattern from a die in good workability without breaking a projecting part arranged at the inner wall surface.
CONSTITUTION: The die for forming the lost foam pattern is composed of an auxiliary die 1, movable die 2 and fixed die, and the auxiliary die 1 can be advanced/retreated in the radial direction by a driving means 5. The driving means 5 is formed of a pin member 5d arranged as facing an L shaped flange 5c having the tapered inside surface 5b at the tapered end part 5a and a spring 5e interposed between the pin member 5d and the movable die 2.
