Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die for molding correctly arranged with a molded component with a three-dimensional shape having deviation in weight and further capable of swiftly performing injection molding such as insert treatment.SOLUTION: Provided is a die for insert molding where a molded component having a three-dimensional shape is fixed into a cavity space, and a molten material is injected to at least a part of the molded component, and insert is performed, comprising: a lower die of supporting the molded component; an upper die arranged so as to be confronted with the lower die and capable of elevation to the lower die; and a temporal fixing member positioning the molded component to the cavity space by pressing the molded component from the upper part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2a
